Landscape Designer & Project Manager

This position is the point of contact between customers and Aloha from the beginning to end of each project. Responsibilities include some design work, plan reading and take-off’s, bidding work, scheduling projects, billing and customer follow up. Working in a team environment is also a must, we like to work hard but also like to have fun doing it!



  • Full knowledge of how to design and install all types of landscapes. (irrigation, hardscapes, planting, etc.)

  • Great customer service experience, including written and verbal communication

  • Experience in managing multiple leads, in progress projects and installation crews all at the same time.

  • Ability to analyze job costs well for billing and profitability.

Landscape Construction Team Members

We are currently seeking experienced Foreman and Crew members for our landscape division. We need you to assist in the installation of landscapes. You will be responsible for performing manual labor in all aspects of landscaping, including installing hardscapes, planting, irrigation system installation and site structures.



  • Applicants must be able to take instruction, learn and work safely as a team. You must be dependable and get along well with others. A driver's license is required for most positions. Showing up to work on time every day is also a requirement!

  • You must have some knowledge of landscape installation and experience with irrigation installation but most importantly you should have a willingness to learn and work hard. We do offer specialized and on the job training.

  • Equipment operation experience (compact loader, skidsteers, etc.) is helpful

Lawn, Tree & Pest Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced applicator to service our customer accounts. Job duties include communicating with customers and co-workers, calibrate equipment & chemicals, use computer, printers & maps in the field. Chemical handling, keeping equipment clean and maintained, have a positive fun attitude!


  • Valid drivers license & pesticide applicators license

  • Green industry & customer service experience

  • Compensation includes hourly rate plus production commission, flexible work schedule, paid continuing education and licensing & sales commission.
